I.Existing Stock

For chemical reagents and consumables,  Orders with payment completed before 16:00 will be shipped the same day. Payments received after 16:00 will be shipped the next working day (excluding holidays).

For  instruments, orders paid before 12:00 will be shipped the same day; otherwise, shipment will be made the next working day (excluding holidays).

II.Contract Production

Contract production is shipped according to the agreed delivery date.

III.Delivery Regions

Delivery is arranged based on the nature of the product and client requirements. We select either courier services or logistics partners to ensure safe delivery.

IV. Delivery Charges

Delivery cost is charged subject to the weight of the product and the distance accordingly (special products need to be stored at low temperatures duringtransport, need to add the cost of dry ice).
