I. Cases Not Accepted for Return/Exchange

We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following situations caused by the buyer:

  1. Products with damaged or replaced labels, altered packaging, or repackaged bottles.

  2. Temperature-sensitive products (requiring chilled or frozen storage) returned without proper cooling (e.g., ice packs or dry ice).

  3. Sealed products where the original packaging has been opened, or where one-time security seals/stickers are broken (unless due to a verified quality issue).


II. Complaints on Product Quality Not Accepted

We cannot accept product quality complaints in the following cases:

  1. More than 2 months have passed since the original shipping date.

  2. Product issues arising from improper storage or incorrect usage by the customer.


III. Return & Exchange Instructions

  1. Customers should contact our after-sales team online or via email at sales@chemicalbridge.co.uk to request a return or exchange.

  2. Returns without reason are accepted within 7 days of confirmed receipt. After 7 days, without prior approval from ChemicalBridge, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If no objection is raised within the 7-day window, the product will be considered accepted as received and in compliance.

  3. For non-quality-related returns requested after 7 days, the shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

  4. ChemicalBridge reserves the right to charge additional fees (e.g., transportation and re-storage costs) for returns/exchanges not related to product quality.


IV. Return & Exchange Process

  1. Customer submits an online request.

  2. After-sales service verifies the request.

  3. Confirmation is provided by our customer service (online or via email).

  4. Customer sends the product back along with the original delivery note and invoice to the designated return address.

  5. ChemicalBridge confirms receipt of the returned goods.

  6. Return/exchange is processed within one week after confirmation.
